A Refined Office Interior Transformation in Mallorca
Located within the prestigious Club de Mar, this office interior design project involved the transformation of an industrial workspace into a warm, refined and welcoming environment.
Designed for Swisspath and TAG Yachting, the space balances professionalism with comfort—creating an office that reflects both brands while enhancing daily usability, acoustics, and client experience.
A Strategic Office Design for Swisspath & TAG Yachting
Both Swisspath and TAG Yachting operate within high-end, international markets, where precision, discretion, and service quality are essential.
The design needed to reflect this positioning while subtly connecting with the marina environment of Palma.
Rather than a purely decorative approach, the project was conceived as a strategic transformation:
- elevating client perception
- improving comfort and functionality
- reinforcing brand identity through space
The Challenge: From Industrial Office to Welcoming Workspace
The original office space presented typical industrial characteristics:
- hard surfaces and minimal soft materials
- strong echo and poor acoustics
- a cold, impersonal atmosphere
- lack of identity and spatial hierarchy
The objective was to deliver a warmer, more comfortable office design in Mallorca without losing clarity, simplicity and professionalism.
Our Approach: Warm Minimalism with a Nautical Influence
The design focused on layering materials, improving acoustics and softening the architectural language.
Acoustic Improvement
One of the key interventions was the integration of acoustic panels within ceilings and walls. These elements reduce echo significantly while becoming part of the overall design composition.
Material Palette
A refined and timeless palette was introduced to bring warmth and depth:
- walnut for richness and natural warmth
- travertine for texture and Mediterranean identity
- whites, creams and soft greys as a neutral base
- deep blue accents referencing the nautical setting
Geometry & Forms
Rounded edges and soft transitions were introduced to counterbalance the rigid industrial shell. Linear rhythms and subtle stripes appear in ceilings and textiles, adding continuity across spaces.
Lighting Strategy
Lighting was designed to create a calm, balanced atmosphere, avoiding harsh contrasts and supporting both focused work and client interaction.

A compact and integrated area, designed with the same materials to ensure visual continuity throughout the office.
